▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low temperature curing super-leveling weather-resistant powder coating comprises 60-70 wt.% carboxy polyester resin, 0.2-0.5 wt.% hydroxyalkyl amide (HAA) curing agent, 5.8-6.5 wt.% leveling agent,1.8-3 wt.% weather-resistant auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersing auxiliary agent, 0.3-0.8 wt.% benzoin, and pigment filler (balance). USE - Used as a low temperature curing super-leveling weather-resistant powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The powder coating has no volatile organic compound, is environmentally friendly, energy saving, has high construction efficiency, wide application range, obviously improved anti-ultraviolet performance and acid-resistant performance of the original molecular sieve, and very good leveling property and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material comprising dispersing 10-20 mg graphene oxide in 200 ml ethanol solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion, then stirring and heating the mixed solution in a 85-90 degrees C oil bath, then adding 250-300 mg sodium molybdate and 1.2-1.5 g sodium sulfide in the mixed solution; and adjusting the pH of the whole system by hydrochloric acid solution to 3, removing the impurity ion and solvent to obtain brown precipitate; collecting the brown precipitate and drying to obtain the precursor material, placing the precursor material in the quartz boat, and placing in a tubular furnace with nitrogen, and performing heat treatment at 550 degrees C for 3-3.5 hours to obtain the nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material.
