▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon dioxide electrochemical reduction catalyst, involves (a) using Hummers' method to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion, adding nickel nitrate and polymethyl methacrylate nanospheres having a particle diameter of 30-100 nm to the dispersion, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes to obtain a uniformly mixed solution, spray drying at 120-160 degrees C, and collecting the product to obtain a precursor material, and (b) ball milling the precursor material and nano-sulfur powder in a ball mill tank, adding the mixture to a tube furnace under nitrogen protection, and calcining to obtain a nickel sulfide composite sulfur-doped graphene catalyst. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon dioxide electrochemical reduction catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts the catalyst preparation conditions, increases the specific surface area of contact between carbon dioxide and catalyst, suppresses the hydrogen evolution reaction accompanying the reduction of carbon dioxide, improves the utilization and conversion of carbon dioxide and improves Faraday efficiency. The prepared catalyst has high specific surface area with a special morphology and structure and more catalytic active sites.
