▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-supported silicon carbide photocatalyst for visible light hydrogen production comprises preparing pure silicon carbide; preparing pure carbon black; mixing pure silicon carbide and pure carbon black to obtain a mixture; where the resistance of the mixture less than 100 Ω; placing the mixture into the current pulse processing equipment, and utilizing the current pulse with gradually increasing voltage to process the mixture after vacuuming until the mixture is completely broken down; subjecting mixture after complete breakdown to ultrasonic stirring, centrifugal washing and vacuum drying in sequence. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-supported silicon carbide photocatalyst for visible light hydrogen production. ADVANTAGE - The method has heterojunction interface effect, improves catalytic activity of the photocatalyst and when the silicon carbide nano-particles are loaded on the graphene, aand it can improve the photo-catalytic hydrogen production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene-loaded silicon carbide photocatalyst for visible light hydrogen production, prepared by above method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the average hydrogen production rate of the preparation product of Example 1, Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 as a photocatalyst.
