NOVELTY - Carbon nano-composite wave-absorbing and thermal insulating epoxy foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin A, 10-50 pts. wt. curing agent B, 1-30 pts. wt. wave-absorbing function auxiliary agent, 20-105 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-30 pts. wt. foaming agent and 5-65 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as carbon nanocomposite wave-absorbing and thermal insulating epoxy foam material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano-composite wave-absorbing and thermal insulating epoxy foam material has obvious light weight, electromagnetic wave-absorbing and thermal-insulating flame-retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon nano-composite wave-absorbing and thermal insulating epoxy foam material, comprising (i) taking 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-25 pts. wt. diluent, 0-30 pts. wt. toughening agent, and wave absorbing agent composed 1-10 pts. wt. graphene sheet, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and/or carbon black, mixing together, and carrying out ball milling treatment to obtain combination system C with epoxy resin A, (ii) taking 20-50 pts. wt. curing agent B, 30-100 pts. wt. flame retardant composed of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and red phosphorus, 5-30 pts. wt. foaming agent, mixing together, and ball-milling to obtain combination system D with curing agent B, (iii) combining the combination system C with epoxy resin A obtained in step (i) with combination system D with curing agent B obtained in step (ii), carrying out injection molding and foaming to obtain final product.
