NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-containing thermal conductive silicone grease comprises e.g. placing the graphene powder in vacuum oven at 65-90 degrees C, vacuum drying for 1-2 hours to remove the residual moisture in the graphene and activating the graphene, and obtaining activated graphene powder, providing blank thermal conductive silicone grease and placing in the vacuum stirring kettle, and stirring under vacuum condition for 1-2 hours at a stirring speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute, where the vacuum degree is -0.1 MPa, providing 1-5% activated graphene powder, adding stirred blank thermal conductive silicone grease, stirring for 1-2 hours at rotating speed of 200-400 revolutions/minute and vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa, and initially mixing the graphene powder and thermal conductive silicone grease uniformly to obtain the graphene thermal conductive silicone grease precursor. USE - The grease is useful in aerospace, electronic and electrical field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The grease has improved stability, and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-containing thermal conductive silicone grease comprises (i) placing the graphene powder in vacuum oven at 65-90 degrees C, vacuum drying for 1-2 hours to remove the residual moisture in the graphene and activating the graphene, and obtaining activated graphene powder, (ii) providing blank thermal conductive silicone grease and placing in the vacuum stirring kettle, and stirring under vacuum condition for 1-2 hours at a stirring speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute, where the vacuum degree is -0.1 MPa, (iii) providing 1-5% activated graphene powder, adding stirred blank thermal conductive silicone grease, stirring for 1-2 hours at a rotating speed of 200-400 revolutions/minute and vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa, and initially mixing the graphene powder and thermal conductive silicone grease uniformly to obtain the graphene thermal conductive silicone grease precursor, (iv) initially placing uniformly mixed graphene thermal conductive silicone grease precursor in the constant temperature vacuum oven at vacuum degree of -0.1 Mpa and temperature of 120-180 degrees C, heating for 1-2 hours, and curing graphene thermal conductive silicone grease precursor, and (v) placing cured graphene thermal conductive silicone grease precursor in the vacuum stirrer at vacuum degree of -0.1 Mpa, and continuously stirring for 12-48 hours at rotating speed of 800-1500 revolutions/minute to obtain uniformly stirred and stably dispersed graphene thermal conductive silicone grease. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-containing thermal conductive silicone grease, prepared according to the above mentioned method.
