NOVELTY - A flexible anti-corrosion belt, comprises from outside to inside, sequentially: 1) an outer protective layer (10) prepared by taking 40-60 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene fibre, 20-30 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene resin, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. initiator and 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickening agent; 2) an elastic layer (20) used for preventing external impact to buffer, formed by mixing memory silica gel and elastic yarn in weight ratio 2: 1 or 1: 1; 3) anti-aging layer (30) made of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) anti-aging material, having thickness 0.5-1.5 mm; 4) waterproof layer (50) made of polyethylene waterproof material, having thickness 0.5-1.5mm; 5) waterproof adhesive layer (60) prepared by taking 15 -20 pts. wt. asphalt, 4-6 pts. wt. poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), 2-5 pts. wt. KT resin, 1-5 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1-2 pts. wt. high temperature tackifier. USE - Flexible anti-corrosion belt is used by adhering on surface of steel work piece, by tearing the release film from surface of waterproof adhesive layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible anti-corrosion belt when applied to steel surface, it firmly adheres on steel surface, and provides excellent adhesion with the special-shaped member. The outer protective layer of polytetrafluoroethylene, provides aging resistance, softness and elasticity, and the unsaturated polyester resin imparts tensile strength and chemical corrosion resistance to the steel material. The graphene resin provides excellent barrier property and chemical inertness. The waterproof adhesive layer of the belt, has high elongation at break, high breaking tensile strength and durability, corrosion resistance, root-resistant, self-healing, aging resistance, and enhances the service life of coated steel material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of flexible anti-corrosion belt, which involves integrating the outer protective layer, elastic layer, anti-aging layer, heat insulating layer, waterproof layer and waterproof adhesive layer.
