NOVELTY - Preparation of flame-retardant environment-friendly panel comprises weighing 32-38 pts. wt. base material, 22-28 pts. wt. diamond powder, 18-24 pts. wt. magnesium oxide powder, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide powder, 4-10 pts. wt. flame retardant additives, 12-18 pts. wt. organic bentonite and 2-5 pts. wt. hydrated zinc borate, sending raw materials sequentially to a high-speed mixer for mixing at a speed of 550-560 rpm, stirring for 15-25 minutes, placing in the space with the opposite distribution to form a cylindrical magnetic field, sending to the mold for press molding after 10 minutes of treatment and surface polishing. USE - Preparation of flame-retardant panel for furniture. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant panel is environmentally-friendly and has improved flame retardance.
