▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-melt-strength polypropylene is a long-chain branched high-melt-strength polypropylene formed by crosslinking of polypropylene by grafting peroxide with graphene. USE - As high-melt-strength polypropylene. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene has high-melt-strength, improves the dispersion of peroxides through the grafting of graphene, and simultaneously controls the decomposition rate of peroxides through the excellent thermal conductivity of graphene. The polypropylene avoids excessive local concentration of peroxide and severe local decomposition during the extrusion process, and effectively avoids the formation of gel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-melt-strength polypropylene, involving mixing 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.01-1 pt. wt. graphene grafted-peroxide, 0.5-5 pts. wt. asymmetric diene monomer and 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, setting the screw extrusion temperature to 200 degrees C and the screw speed to 500 rpm, and forming the long-chain branched high-melt-strength polypropylene through a twin-screw melt extrusion reaction.
