▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene polyimide composite fiber comprises (i) taking 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether, pyromellitic dianhydride, N' -dimethylacetamide, a graphene material and a modifier as raw materials in specific proportion, (ii) adding graphene and a modifier into N, N' dimethylacetamide and uniformly stirring to prepare a graphene dispersion solution, (iii) adding 4, 4-diaminodiphenyl into the solution obtained in the resultant step, continuously stirring until the solution is completely dissolved then adding pyromellitic dianhydride, continuously stirring, introducing nitrogen into the mixed solution for protection, adjusting the temperature and carrying out low-temperature polycondensation reaction to prepare a spinning solution, and (iv) adding the spinning solution into a reaction kettle, spinning by a dry-wet method and then sending the primary raw silk into an oven for drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene polyimide composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: has high strength, high temperature resistance and wide range of application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene polyimide composite fiber prepared by the above mentioned method.
