NOVELTY - Early strength fine stone concrete comprises 280-350 pts. wt. cement, 50-80 pts. wt. fly ash, 800-1000 pts. wt. sand, 900-1100 pts. wt. crushed stone, 1-2 pts. wt. inorganic enhancer, 4-10 pts. wt. water reducing agent and 150-200 pts. wt. water. The inorganic reinforcing agent is prepared by introducing poly-2-acrylamido hexadecane sulfonic acid on the surface of graphene oxide by in-situ polymerization. The water reducer is prepared by introducing diquaternary ammonium salt functional groups into the polyacrylic acid structure through esterification. USE - Used as early strength fine stone concrete. ADVANTAGE - The early strength fine stone concrete containing inorganic reinforcing agent has excellent early strength and toughness, and improved dispersibility, and effectively enhances the performance of the concrete compression strength at the same time. The polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent reduces water and dispersing cement particles, and enhances the anti-mud performance. The slump retaining performance of cement concrete is improved.
