NOVELTY - The sensor has a cable that is drawn out from the case to supply power. A connector is installed at an end of the cable. A sensing unit (200) is formed of metallic electrodes to form a capacitance by the leaked oil provided on the bottom of the case. A graphene ink layer is applied to cover electrodes. One electrode is configured by coating a composition for an electrode having positively charged reduced graphene oxide, and other electrode is configured by coating a composition for an electrode having negatively charged reduced graphene oxide. USE - Capacitive leak detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitive leak detection sensor protects the leaked oil and chemical solution from direct contact with the metallic electrode by applying graphene ink to the electrode constituting the sensing pattern, thus prevents the damage to the electrode while maintaining high conductivity.
