NOVELTY - A composite material comprises graphene framework with three-dimensional porous structure and ferrous metal oxide particles filled in the graphene framework. USE - Composite material is useful in array substrate and for absorption of visible light source (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has three-dimensional porous structure and excellent contrast and visual effect, and reduces reflectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of composite material, which involves dissolving graphene oxide and polystyrene materials in deionized water, adding polystyrene solution, processing to obtain polystyrene/graphene oxide film, thermally processing to obtain three-dimensional porous graphene structure, dissolving the three-dimensional porous graphene structure in deionized water to obtain graphene solution and mixing ferrous metal oxide particles or doping compound with graphene solution; and (2) array substrate, which comprises metal electrode layer that is provided with substrate, where the metal electrode layer comprises composite material.
