NOVELTY - The method involves cleaning and drying a rear substrate in a reaction chamber, and introducing inert gas. A reactor is formed in an inert environment. An extraction pipe is taken for 1 to 30 minutes. The inert gas is stopped. A substrate is heated and the carbon source gas is introduced. A gas carbon source is stopped. The substrate is heated and cooled to room temperature. The carbon nano tube/silicon composite material is taken out. The graphene and the carbon nano tube/silicon composite material are processed in the anhydrous ethanol to process a drying filter. USE - Carbon nano tube/silicon/graphene composite material preparation method of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Good storage property and circulation property are obtained. The lithium ion battery is provided with simple structure, simple operation, short time consumption and batch production.
