NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide type polycarboxylate water reducing agent comprises (i) taking 320-360 pts. wt. methallyl polyoxyethylene ether, adding 300 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2-4 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide into 100-150 pts. wt. deionized water to obtain bottom liquid, (ii) taking 35-46 pts. wt. acrylic acid, adding 100-150 pts. wt. deionized water for mixing, stirring uniformly to obtain solution A, (iii) taking 1.5-2 pts. wt. initiator, 2-3 pts. wt. chain transfer agent, adding into the 210-260 pts. wt. deionized water for mixing, stirred uniformly to obtain solution B, (iv) adding the solution A at room temperature in a dropwise into the bottom liquid, while adding solution B in a dropwise into the bottom liquid, (v) insulating for 1 hour, reacting, adding liquid base to adjust the pH value, insulating and stirring to obtain graphene oxide type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide type polycarboxylate water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the flexural and compressive strength of concrete; and recycles the construction waste.
