▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide SERS substrate preparing method involves using seeding method, adding sodium borohydride and silver nitrate to trisodium citrate to obtain silver nanoparticle seed crystal 1, boiling the sodium citrate and adding the siver nanoparticle seed crystal 1 and nitric acid, silver to obtain silver nanoparticle seed crystal 2, heating the sodium citrate at 80-82 degrees C and adding the silver nano-particle seed crystal 2 and silver nitrate to obtain silver nano-particle seed crystal 3, adding water, heating to 80-82 degrees C and adding sodium citrate and silver nitrate to obtain a silver sol, using hydrothermal method, dissolving ferric chloride and urea under magnetic stirring, calcinating at 500-600 degrees C, washing with water and drying to obtain iron oxide, mixing the silver sol, the iron oxide and graphene oxide, adding sodium chloride under ultrasonic conditions, ultrasonically mixing, removing supernatant by centrifugation and dispersing in water to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide SERS substrate used for vivo detection in living organisms. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene oxide SERS substrate with high sensitivity, is rapid and accurate.
