▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite powder by short flow comprises (i) adding the reinforcing material powder and the aluminum matrix powder into a mixing container, adding liquid compatibilizer to mechanically stir to obtain suspension, and (ii) spraying the suspension from the electrostatic spray gun under action of high pressure hot air under stirring condition to obtain dry powder. In step (i): the reinforcing material powder is graphene or graphene oxide, the average thickness of the graphene or graphene oxide is 1-30 nm; the aluminum matrix powder is pure aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder; and the liquid compatibilizer includes water, absolute ethanol and/or acetone. When the liquid compatibilizer is water, and the atmosphere of mechanical stirring is an inert gas atmosphere. When the liquid compatibilizer is absolute ethanol and/or acetone, the atmosphere of mechanical stirring is air. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material powder by short flow. ADVANTAGE - The method uses short process and low-cost technique to prepare graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material powder. The agglomeration can be realized by one-step mechanical stirring, dispersing and spreading of the wrinkled industrial graphene material, and the uniform dispersion distribution in the aluminum substrate. The preparation process will not cause mechanical damage of the graphene material, at the same time, the process flow is simple, low device requirement, high production efficiency, low processing cost, and has excellent industrial application prospect.
