NOVELTY - Preparation of hetero-doped graphene anode sheet involves mixing graphene material, conductive agent and binder, dissolving in organic solvent to form precursor solution, preparing graphene anode sheet by knife coating or rolling film method, coating precursor solution on graphene anode sheet, vacuumizing at 100-150 degrees C for 12-24 hours, evacuating to 8x 10-4 Pa in plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment, passing borane or phosphine gas to PECVD equipment to illuminate, and decomposing borane and phosphine gas. The organic solvent is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone or ethanol. USE - Preparation of hetero-doped graphene anode sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe, easy and suitable for industrial production, and is no longer limited to chemical methods.
