NOVELTY - Graphene-modified epoxy zinc-rich primer comprises primer, a curing agent and a thinner, where the primer includes 10-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin solution, 1-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl eather, 1-5 pts. wt. n-butanol, 0.5-3 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 15-40 pts. wt. anti-ferro phosphorus powder, 0.5-5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. anti-rust pigment, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene solution, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc powder 5-10 pts. wt. xylene and 0.1-1 pts. wt. defoaming agent. USE - Graphene-modified epoxy zinc-rich primer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified epoxy zinc-rich primer reduces the content of zinc powder in the primer, reduces the zinc oxide fumes and zinc vapor generated during welding, reduces the density of the primer, and improves the conductivity of the primer, water resistance and corrosion resistance, the surface of the primer is more dense after drying, and has a good anticorrosive effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-modified epoxy zinc-rich primer, which comprises (A) adding propylene glycol methyl ether to the paint mixing tank, N-butanol and xylen, stirring uniformly, and adding graphene to continue stirring and dispersing; (B) pouring the epoxy resin solution into the paint mixing tank and stirring uniformly; (C) adding anti-rust ferrophosphorus powder, zinc powder, anti-rust pigment, organic bentonite, anti-settling agent and anti-foaming agent to the mixing tank, and mixing uniformly; (D) mixing low molecular polyamide 650, xylene and n-butanol into a curing agent, adding the curing agent to the paint mixing tank, and stirring uniformly; and (E) measuring the viscosity of the primer in the paint mixing tank, adding diluent made from xylene and n-butanol, filtering with a filter, and packing to obtain the desired product.
