NOVELTY - The method for producing radiation-proof coating, involves adding graphene oxide, sodium hydroxide solution and deionized water to obtain dispersed oxidized graphene, adding elemene, adding peptone, beef extract, sodium chloride and deionized water, adding Bacillus bacteria, homogenizing to obtain homogenate, adding emulsifier, graphene modified elemene, silicone styrene-acrylic emulsion and polyoxyethylene ether, adding melamine pyrophosphate, perlite, ceramic fine sand and potassium sorbate and carrying out oscillation treatment to obtain final product. USE - Method for producing radiation-proof coating for interior wall of hospital, institution, office building, school and home. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of non-toxic and harmless radiation-proof coating with excellent protection and decoration function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for producing radiation-proof coating, involves adding 10-20 g graphene oxide to beaker, adding 100-200 mL concentration of 40-50 %mass sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 180-200 W for 1-2 hours, filtering, placing the residue in thermometer and reflux device with three-necked flask, adding 100-200 mL deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes to obtain dispersed oxidized graphene, adding 20-30 g elemene to dispersed oxidized graphene, placing the three-necked flask in water bath, heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 0.3-0.5 g lauroyl peroxide and 1-3 g diisopropene peroxide, stirring for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene modified elemene, adding 10-15 g peptone, 15-20 g beef extract, 3-5 g sodium chloride and 800-1000 mL deionized water, adding 3-5 strains of Bacillus, inoculating into culture medium, heat-preserving at 36-38 degrees C, stirring at 230-250 rpm, culturing for 96-120 hours, centrifuging the culture medium at 6000-8000 rpm for 30-40 minutes, discarding the supernatant, obtaining Bacillus bacteria, adding Bacillus bacteria to beaker, adding 500-600 mL deionized water, placing the beaker in high-speed tissue masher, homogenizing at 6000-8000 rpm for 30-40 minutes, fully crushing to obtain homogenate, adding homogenate to emulsifier, stirring at 10000-12000 rpm, adding graphene modified elemene, 40-50 g silicone styrene-acrylic emulsion and 0.1-0.3 g polyoxyethylene ether, stirring at high speed for 20-30 minutes, adding 10-20 g melamine pyrophosphate, 5-10 g perlite, 15-20 g ceramic fine sand and 0.3-0.5 g potassium sorbate, stirring at high-speed for 2-3 hours, placing in shaker and carrying out oscillation treatment for 3-4 hours to obtain final product.
