NOVELTY - Graphene based antibacterial and wear resistant double component coating comprises component A comprising acrylic polymer aqueous dispersion as a base, graphene-loaded titanium dioxide as an antibacterial agent and fluoroalkyl-containing 2-propoxyethyltributylphosphonium chloride-trimethoxyvinylsilane oligomer and other additives and component B is ketimine, where mass ratio of component A and B is 100:0.5-3. USE - The coating is useful for interior and exterior wall coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent antibacterial, adhesion and anti-abrasion effect, resistance to stain and applied in hospitals and schools with high traffic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene based antibacterial and wear resistant double component coating, comprising (i) preparing an acrylic polymer aqueous dispersion, (ii) adding graphene-loaded titanium dioxide as an antibacterial agent and 2-propoxyethyltributylphosphonium chloride- trimethoxyvinylsilane oligomer oligomer containing fluoroalkyl groups and stirring uniformly, and (iii) adding other additives and mixing well to prepare component B and packaging directly with ketimine; and (2) applying graphene-based antibacterial and wear-resistant two-component coating, comprising mixing component A and B uniformly at a mass ratio of 100:0.5-3,controlling mixing process for 5 minutes and brushing on wall evenly.
