NOVELTY - The device has a main body provided with an adjacent composite graphene rod. The adjacent composite graphene rod is fixedly connected to a connecting structure. The connecting structure is provided with an upper combined body, a lower combined body and a connecting sleeve (2). The composite grounding graphene is sequentially provided with an upper combination body (13), a rod body (11) and a lower combination body from the upper part to the lower part.
