▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aerogel loaded with metal oxide comprises using metal M as an electrode, forming an electrochemical system with an electrolytic solution containing graphene and metal M ion, performing electrolysis under an alternating current electric field to obtain a mixed solution, where the graphene is prepared by electrochemical peeling method, adding cross-linking monomer into the mixed solution and carrying out crosslinking reaction to obtain composite cross-linked body, and freezing and drying the composite crosslinked body and performing heat treatment to obtain graphene gas gel of supported metal M oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aerogel loaded with metal oxide, which is useful in the preparation of graphene composite material, preferably graphene-based super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a convenient and efficient preparation method of graphene and metal oxide, which has solved the technical problem that the metal oxide is difficult to uniformly disperse in the sheet layer of graphene. The method uses the graphene prepared by electrochemical peeling method as raw material, with proper degree of oxidation (oxygen content is less than 10at.%) and proper defect position, proper degree oxidation can ensure good conductivity of the graphene; which is good for the electrolytic step; the metal ion is embedded in the graphene sheet layer; and the proper defect location can be used for metal ion anchoring. The metal ion embedded between the graphene layer layer and uniformly distributed to obtain the composite material of metal oxide and graphene uniformly dispersed. The composite material exhibits excellent capacity characteristic as electrode material of the super capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a super capacitor.
