KH-560 (RTM: ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. film forming agent, 2.3-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. anti foaming agent, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. preservative, and 59-60 pts. wt solvent. USE - High adhesion and impact resistance heat insulation coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high adhesion and impact resistance heat insulation coating has high adhesion force and high impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The high adhesion and impact resistance heat insulation coating comprises 52-53 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 24-25 pts. wt. nitrile rubber 2707, 19-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. antioxidant 4010NA, 24-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-12 pts. wt. talc powder, 9-10 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 4-5 pts. wt. hollow micro beads, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. KH-560 (RTM: ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. film forming agent, 2.3-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. anti foaming agent, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. thickener, 1.9-2 wetting agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. preservative, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. fungicide, and 59-60 pts. wt solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. sodium nitrite solution having concentration of 1.2-1.5 mmol/l and 15-18 pts. wt. n-hexanol to the reaction vessel (I), mixing at speed of 110-115 rpm for 0.6-1 hour, adding 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. 96-98 wt% sulfuric acid solution, heating reaction vessel (I) at 66-70 degrees C, stirring at 90-110 rpm for 1.2-1.8 hours, cooling at 25-28 degrees C, separating by centrifuging at 3600-3800 rpm, drying to obtain material (A), adding 4-7 pts. wt. acetone, 6-9 pts. wt. vitamin C, 3-5 pts. wt. nitroaniline to the reaction vessel (II), leaving stand for 16-18 hours, ultrasonically dispersion for 1-3 hours under ultrasonic frequency of 36-40 kHz and ultrasonic power of 950-1100 W to obtain material (B), filtering, and drying. The volume ratio of solvent of ethylene glycol butyl ether and triethanolamine is 4-5:1-2. The weight content of acrylonitrile content of nitrile rubber 2707 is 27-30.
