▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electroplating wastewater adsorbent comprises adsorption core, network-like composite crosslinked layer coated on the surface of the adsorption core, and sea urchin-like biological coke layer fixed on the surface of the composite crosslinked layer, where the adsorption core is graphene oxide, the network-like composite crosslinked layer is formed by reaction of EDTA disodium salt, water and chitosan on the surface of graphene oxide adsorption core, the sea urchin-like biological coke layer is formed by fixing rice husk biological coke on the surface of network-like composite crosslinked layer. USE - The adsorbent is useful in wastewater treatment. ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent: uses carbodiimide as condensing agent, which promotes the amidation reaction of EDTA, graphene oxide and chitosan; contains crosslinked layer, which is compounded with chelating groups of EDTA to ensure chemical adsorption of metal ions; contains sea urchin-like adsorption structure, which increases the specific surface area of the adsorbent, and thus improves the physical adsorption capacity of the adsorbent; utilizes modified rice husk biological coke having metal ion adsorption performance, which further improves the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the electroplating wastewater adsorbent, comprising (1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water in a mass ratio of 1:10 to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, then mixing the graphene oxide dispersion and EDTA-chitosan solution in a volume ratio of 1:2 and loading into ultrasonic reactor, adding carbodiimide accounting for 10% of the amount of EDTA-chitosan solution at 4 °C, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation reaction at frequency of 30-40 kHz for 3-5 hours to obtain pre-reactant, and (2) mixing modified rice husk biological coke powder and the pre-reactant in a mass ratio of 1:10, adding into reaction kettle and reacting by stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, then discharging, filtering and separating to obtain filter residue, and freeze-drying the filter residue for 24 hours to obtain final product.
