▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Stacked electronic component comprises multiple capacitance forming units having first dielectric layers (111) and internal electrodes (121) alternately arranged in a first direction, and an intermediate layer arranged between adjacent capacitance forming parts and a second dielectric layer; a body (110) having first and second surfaces facing in first direction, third and fourth surfaces connected to first and second surfaces and facing in a second direction, and fifth and sixth surfaces connected to first to fourth surfaces and facing in a third direction; and an external electrode (131) arranged on body and connected to internal electrode. The second dielectric layer contains graphene. The first dielectric layer does not contain graphene or contains graphene in an amount smaller than amount of graphene included in second dielectric layer. The second dielectric layer contains barium titanate-based main component. An cover unit (113) and a side margin unit comprise graphene. USE - The electronic component is useful for imaging device e.g. LCD, plasma display panel and chip-type capacitor of printed circuit board of electronic products including mobile phones and computers. ADVANTAGE - The component has high strength and excellent reliability. The component has better moisture resistance and breakdown voltage.
