NOVELTY - The beam splitter has a beam splitter portion that is formed as equilateral triangle grid arrangement air holes. The air holes form a core of the beam splitter, and a background material of the beam splitter is pure quartz glass. A central air hole of the regular triangular grid arrangement air hole at a center position is filled with a certain thickness of a graphene ring. The graphene ring is filled at a periphery of the central air hole. The center air hole is provided with a core A on a left side, the core B on the right side, the fluorine core A is doped with fluorine, and the core B is doped with antimony, and the doping concentration is adjusted.
