NOVELTY - Preparation of transferable thermal conductive coating for LED lamp back panel involves (1) mixing 30-50 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 10-15 pts. wt. thermally conductive monomer, 4-8 pts. wt. graphite, 10-12 pts. wt. butyl ester, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent and 1-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain thermal conductive coating, (2) mixing 10-30 wt.% heat transfer ball with heat conductive coating, vacuum defoaming, coating on the back panel of LED lamp, (3) forcing the heat transfer ball to maintain a uniform state in the thermal conductive coating through the magnetic plate, heating and curing. USE - Preparation of transferable thermal conductive coating for LED lamp back plate. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize the rapid heat transfer of the transferable thermal conductive coating to the outside, and improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the back plane.
