NOVELTY - The pad has a sealing pad housing that is formed with multiple assembling grooves (1) that are matched with a cylinder opening of a cylinder to be assembled. The assembling hole is formed with an unshaped outer expanding free boundary that is formed as a supporting area (2). A core plate and a composite material plate are formed with a sealing weld bead at a boundary position. The composite paper layer is overlapped with multi-layer graphene and gold mica paper to fill thickness difference of a cold rolling steel belt piece. USE - Sealing pad of composite cylinder cover for sealing between cylinder cover and cylinder housing of internal combustion engine such as diesel engine, petrol engine, etc. ADVANTAGE - The composite cylinder cover sealing pad has compact structure, which not only improves the sealing performance of the sealing pad, but also effectively improves the bending strength, reduces the stress area of the cylinder pad main housing portion, and can effectively prolong the service life of the covering pad. The self-sealing effect is improved by the combination of the core plate and the composite material plate, so that the sealing effect is further improved, and the sealing durability is also improved.
