NOVELTY - A coating material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. E-12-type epoxy resin, 9-16 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 4-10 pts. wt. trimethylhexamethylenediamine, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dimethylimidazole, 1-3 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 15-20 pts. wt. zinc powder, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.6-1 pts. wt. ethylenebis(stearamide), 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. N,N'-di-( beta )-naphthyl-p-phenylenediamine and 10-20 pts. wt. composite filler. USE - Coating material is used for coating steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The coating material is nontoxic. The coating provided using the coating material has excellent corrosion resistance, pollution resistance, adhesiveness, salt resistance and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating material, which involves mixing raw materials, stirring, heating, extruding, cooling, milling and screening.
