USE - The colored carbon-based electrochromic infrared emissivity film in used in infrared stealth field, military field, aerospace field, and automotive field. ADVANTAGE - The film: enables applying different colors on the black carbon-based material film by spraying or scraping, under the premise of not affecting the electrovariable emissivity performance of the carbon-based material film, has rich colors, and different colors can be applied to different usage scenarios, so as to meet the needs of visual stealth under visible light; can directly obtain the color of the corresponding carbon-based material film by adjusting the color of the color paste; has performance of electro-variable infrared emissivity, good cycle stability, and meets the requirement for infrared stealth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing colored carbon-based electrochromic infrared emissivity film, comprising (i) dissolving polyurethane in butyl acetate at room temperature, then adding white nano-powder, ultrasonically stirring, adding curing agent after mixing to obtain white slurry, spraying white slurry onto the carbon-based material film, and drying to obtain a white coating, (ii) dissolving polyurethane in butyl acetate at room temperature, then adding color paste, stirring ultrasonically, adding curing agent after mixing to obtain colored paste, spraying the colored paste onto the white coating, and drying to obtain colored coating, and (iii) immersing porous diaphragm in the ionic liquid, and placing the porous diaphragm loaded with the ionic liquid on the conductive layer after dipping, then placing the carbon-based material film covered with the masking coating and the color coating on the side of the porous separator away from the conductive layer, and finally use a sealant to bond and seal the composite material.
