▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene coated inorganic filler epoxy adhesive comprises 30-20 wt.% epoxy resin basal body, 40-50 wt.% graphene coated inorganic filler and 30-20 wt.% curing agent. USE - Graphene coated inorganic filler epoxy adhesive used in radiator, electronic packaging, electronic equipment, chemical energy source, automotive and aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coated inorganic filler epoxy adhesive is cost-effective, environment-friendly and non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene coated inorganic filler epoxy adhesive, which involves: (A) keeping graphite and sodium nitrate and then adding the obtained material with sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate; (B) stirring the obtained material at 30-50 degrees C for 4-8 hours and then heating the stirred material with deionized water 80-95 degrees C for 10-20 minutes; (C) cooling the heated material to room temperature and then adding the cooled material with hydrogen peroxide and deionized water; (D) washing with acid and drying to obtain graphene oxide and then keeping the obtained material with nano linear inorganic filler in bottle with organic solvent at 100-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours; (E) drying the washed with ethyl alcohol and then centrifuging at 120-140 degrees C for 4-6 hours; (F) stirring the obtained material for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene coated inorganic filler and then stirring the obtained product with epoxy resin substrate and curing agent at a rotating speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes; and (G) molding and heating at 120-130 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain the desired product.
