NOVELTY - Graphene additive natural rubber antistatic insole comprises 60-80 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 5-15 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. antistatic powder, 4-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. odorless crosslinking agent, and 2-6 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - As graphene additive natural rubber antistatic insole. ADVANTAGE - The insole has excellent antistatic and antibacterial properties, has high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, is non-toxic, not easy to deform, and is easy to clean. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene additive natural rubber antistatic insole, comprising heating the graphene treated with stearic acid, adding natural rubber, polyolefin elastomer, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber in sequence, and mixing in a mixer to obtain a mixed raw rubber, (b) adding anti-static powder, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, odorless cross-linking agent, and foaming agent to the mixed raw rubber for re-mixing and vulcanizing cross-linking to obtain graphene anti-static insole material, and (c) cutting the insole material into corresponding size and thickness as required to obtain a natural antistatic insole with graphene additives.
