NOVELTY - Preparation of durable flame-retardant graphene nylon fiber, involves uniformly mixing 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-50 pts. wt. solvent, adding 10-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin and dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene composite flame retardant coating, immersing the nylon monofilament into graphene composite coating, drying the graphene flame-retardant composite fiber at room temperature and drying at 130-160 degrees C, and stretching and shaping at 190-240 degrees C. USE - Preparation of durable flame-retardant graphene nylon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of durable flame-retardant graphene nylon fiber ensuring increased bonding force between flame retardant layer and fiber.
