NOVELTY - The mechanism has a tire arranged on a rim. A hub motor is arranged in a hub. A blade is connected with the hub motor in transmission connection. The blade is formed in a space by the rim of the hub. A support is connected with the hub. A side of the hub is provided with a spoke. The hub is made of carbon fiber or graphene or Kevlar or composite material. A first rim and a second rim are connected by auxiliary paddles. USE - Driving mechanism for a water and land air vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mechanism is simple in structure, and has low cost and wide range of applications. The mechanism can provide ground driving power through sliding of the tire and the ground under high speed state. The mechanism can provide thrust by the blade to realize power of running on water or flying in the sky. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a water and land air vehicle.
