NOVELTY - Preparing labeled electrochemical immunosensor for detecting veterinary drug residues comprises: (i) selecting antibody which interacts with the veterinary drug residues; (ii) preparing graphene; (iii) preparing enzyme labeled antibody; and (iv) modifying the single layer graphene, electroactive material and the enzyme labeled antibody to the surface of the electrode by surface modification and preparing the labeled electrochemical immunosensor. USE - The labeled electrochemical immunosensor is useful for detecting veterinary drug residues in food samples. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has strong specificity, high sensitivity, simple operation, and automatically completes the reaction and records the results. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detecting veterinary drug residues by combining the labeled electrochemical immunosensor with an electrochemical work station for detecting veterinary drug residues in food samples.
