NOVELTY - A heat dissipation material comprises 20-25 pts. wt. silicone resin, 30-40 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. boron nitride, 15-25 pts. wt. alumina ceramic powder, 6-12 pts. wt. tin bronze, 5-6 pts. wt. 95% alumina ceramic fiber, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. vanadium diboride, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. zirconium diboride, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. aluminum nitride, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. sodium zeolite, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. organic chelated titanium, 15-18 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-6 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. magnesium isooctanoate. USE - Heat dissipation material for photovoltaic combiner box surface. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation material has improved sintering effect, stability to temperature changes, durability, coefficient of thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance, anti-aging property and heat dissipation effect, and prolonged service life, can effectively protect photovoltaic modules, and provides photovoltaic combiner box with smooth and compact surface.
