▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene lead alloy contains 0.0015-0.1 wt.% graphene, 96.96 wt.% lead, and tin, aluminum, strontium, and/or copper. USE - A graphene lead alloy for lead-acid battery grid alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene lead alloy has high hardness, toughness, and flowability, good creep and corrosion resistance, long service life, does not form barrier layer, and reduces water loss in battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene lead alloy which involves dispersing natural graphite in water containing oxidizing agent, heating at 30-99 degrees C for 1-48 hours to obtain graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding tin oxide, strontium oxide, copper oxide, and/or aluminum oxide, adding reducing agent, reacting for 1-48 hours, washing, drying at reduced oxygen condition, sealing in container, introducing argon or other protecting gas at 1-5 atm, heating, cooling to obtain graphene alloy, and adding in molten lead to obtain graphene lead alloy, or mechanically stripping small amount of graphene alloy, mixing graphene and copper oxide, strontium oxide, and/or tin oxide, adding aluminum powder, reacting in vacuum environment or inert gas-protected environment, igniting in vacuum furnace to obtain graphene and copper alloy, graphene and strontium alloy, and/or graphene and tin alloy, and mixing molten lead.
