▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/pyrolytic carbon/silicon carbide electromagnetic shielding composite material comprises (1) preparing a three-dimensional framework of graphene sponge, and (2) adopting precursor immersion cracking process, alternately immersing graphene sponge three-dimensional skeleton, cracking in the order of pyrolytic carbon and silicon carbide until, and completely densifying to obtain graphene/pyrolytic carbon/silicon carbide electromagnetic shielding composite material. USE - The composite material is useful in device structure component. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has super-high specific strength, ultrastrong electromagnetic shielding property, ultralight density, and total electromagnetic shielding efficiency (SET) in the X wave band of more than 40 dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/pyrolytic carbon/silicon carbide electromagnetic shielding composite material.
