NOVELTY - A graphene-containing double-layered porous silk fibroin fiber comprises a graphene-containing porous silk protein outer layer and a porous silk protein inner layer. The graphene-containing double-layered porous silk fibroin fiber is prepared by photocuring and vacuum freeze drying, and further includes a crosslinking agent. USE - Graphene-containing double-layered porous silk fibroin fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing double-layered porous silk fibroin fiber has hierarchical pore structure and excellent thermal insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-containing double-layered porous silk fibroin fiber, which involves: (1) adding graphene oxide to silk protein solution, dripping a photocuring agent and a crosslinking agent, uniformly mixing to obtain a silk protein hydrogel spinning solution, putting the silk protein hydrogel spinning solution into a low-temperature-resistant inner tube spinning syringe with a coaxial spinneret orifice, putting the silk protein solution containing the photocuring agent into a low-temperature-resistant outer tube spinning syringe with a coaxial spinneret orifice under UV irradiation, where the coagulating liquid is liquid nitrogen, and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a double-layered regenerated silk protein fiber containing ice crystal sheets; (2) putting the double-layered regenerated silk protein fiber containing ice crystal slices prepared in step (1) into a vacuum dryer, carrying out low-temperature drying treatment for 2-3 days to obtain the double-layered porous silk protein fiber; and (3) putting the double-layered porous silk protein fiber prepared in step (2) into ethanol water vapor containing hydrazine hydrate for solidification and partial reduction treatment to obtain the product.
