NOVELTY - Ideal electronic device comprises a coating layer coated on at least a portion of a surface of a component, polymer and conductive filler. The conductive filler is 0.01-0.09 wt.% graphene nano-tube (GNT) and the aspect ratio of the GNT is 1:1500. USE - Used as ideal electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces adhesion of dust. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating composition comprising a polymer, and a conductive filler for increasing the conductivity of the surface of the part to be coated with the coating composition, a hydrophobic compound for lowering the surface energy of the part and volatile compounds.
