▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/silver particle composite nanofiltration membrane is membrane like structure formed by uniformly dispersing nano silver particles having particle size of 20-40 nm in graphene layer having thickness of 0.8-1 nm. The graphite/silver particle composite membrane comprises 33.55-60.26 wt.% silver and 39.74-66.45 wt.% graphene. USE - Graphene/silver particle composite nanofiltration membrane used in preparing water flux or filtration performance apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The product has good water flux and filtering performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/silver particle composite nanofiltration membrane comprising ultrasonically dispersing 1 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution to uniform, dripping 20 mg/mL silver nitrate aqueous solution, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone solution with molecular weight of 24000 to 1-2 wt.%, ultrasonically dispersing to uniform, transferring into three-mouth flask, adding sodium citrate aqueous solution, heating to 100 degrees C, slowly adding sodium borohydride water solution, reacting for 8-9 hours, continuously magnetic stirring, cooling, taking different amounts of graphene-silver particle composite solution, vacuum filtering, and naturally drying. The ratio of graphene oxide and silver nitrate is 1:1-3. The mass ratio of sodium citrate and silver nitrate is 5.5-8.25:1. The mass ratio of sodium borohydride to graphene oxide is 2.5-5:1.
