▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high anti-corrosion and ultra-high solid content bottom surface all-in-one coating comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide by 12-hydroxystearic acid structure by (1a) modifying the graphene oxide with aminosilane through the silane hydrolysis reaction, i.e. adding 0.1-1 wt.% graphene oxide powder to 54.9-76 wt.% of the first medium solvent and 0-11 wt.% of distilled water, and uniformly dispersing, then dissolving 1-3 wt.% aminosilane in 20-33 wt.% of the first medium solvent is added dropwise under high-speed stirring, after finishing the addition, heating to temperature of 50-100 degrees C, carrying out reaction under medium-speed stirring for 10-100 hours, separating the product, cleaning and drying; (1b) performing aminoamidation reaction to the amino silane modified graphene oxide, and (2) preparing high-corrosion and ultra-high solid content bottom all-in-one coating, performing in-situ crosslinking reaction, and reducing the graphene in the coating phase separation. USE - The method is useful for preparing high anti-corrosion and ultra-high solid content bottom surface all-in-one coating, which is useful in high corrosion environment. ADVANTAGE - The method improve the coating mass solid content of more than 94%, has ultra-high solid content, low volatile organic compound (VOC) content is less than 60 g/l, obtains environmentally friendly coating product. The coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, salt spray resistance with a film thickness of 80 mu m is greater than 500 hours, and the salt spray resistance with a film thickness of 160 mu m is greater than 1000 hours, and has higher salt spray resistance than that of conventional anti-corrosion coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high anti-corrosion and ultra-high solid content bottom surface all-in-one coating comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide by 12-hydroxystearic acid structure by (1a) modifying the graphene oxide with aminosilane through the silane hydrolysis reaction, i.e. adding 0.1-1 wt.% graphene oxide powder to 54.9-76 wt.% of the first medium solvent and 0-11 wt.% of distilled water, and uniformly dispersing, then dissolving 1-3 wt.% aminosilane in 20-33 wt.% of the first medium solvent is added dropwise under high-speed stirring, after finishing the addition, heating to temperature of 50-100 degrees C, carrying out reaction under medium-speed stirring for 10-100 hours, separating the product, cleaning and drying to obtain the aminosilane-modified graphene oxide; (1b) performing aminoamidation reaction to the amino silane modified graphene oxide obtained in the step (1a), adding 0.5-0.8 wt.% 12-hydroxystearic acid structure derivative to 79.7-92 wt.% second medium solvent to disperse, heating to 80-110 degrees C to completely dissolve; adding 0.05-0.08 wt.% aminosilane-modified graphene oxide obtained in step (1a) to 7.45-19.1 wt.% second medium solvent, after the dispersion is uniform, dropping to the mixed solution of the 12-hydroxystearic acid structure derivative to react for 24-72 hours, after the reaction product is separated, cleaning and drying; or making an activated slurry, adding a suitable amount to the solvent or resin, dispersing the modified graphene oxide at a high speed and keeping at a temperature of 40-55 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, and then cooling to room temperature under medium and low speed stirring to obtain 12-hydroxystearic acid structure modified graphene oxide; and (2) preparing high-corrosion and ultra-high solid content bottom all-in-one coating by using the one kind of high-corrosion ultra-high-solid content bottom all-in-one coating contains A component and B component, and the weight of each raw material in the A component is 3-6 wt.% first solvent, 0-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.2-1 wt.% 12-hydroxystearic acid structure modified graphene oxide, 0-10 wt.% pigment powder, the component B is isocyanate resin, where hexamethylene diisocyanate resin 90-100 wt.%, and second solvent 0-10 wt.%, (2a) preparing component A, placing the polyaspartate resin, solvent and defoaming agent in an industrial container to disperse according to the weight of component A; under the condition of constant stirring, adding 12-hydroxystearic acid structure modified graphene oxide obtained in the step (1) and pigment powder, uniformly dispersing, cooling to room temperature; dividing and storing according to product packaging requirements to obtain component A; (2b) preparing component B, placing the hexamethylene diisocyanate resin and solvent in a clean, water-free, alcohol-free industrial container, and dispersing uniformly to obtain component B coating; (2c) before coating, the component A and the component B according to weight ratio of A: B = 100:68-92; 12-hydroxy stearic acid structure modified graphene oxide material with polyaspartic ester curing agent for in-situ crosslinking reaction, reducing the graphene in the coating phase separation, improving the shielding effect of water vapor, oxygen, salt and other corrosive substances.
