NOVELTY - Aircraft cylinder piston material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. niobium oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. aluminum dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. cobalt powder, 3-7 pts. wt. iron powder, 2-6 pts. wt. puffed silicon, 1-2 pts. wt. graphite and 1-3 pts. wt. nickel arsenide powder. USE - Used as aircraft cylinder piston material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high temperature performance, high hardness and excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aircraft cylinder piston material comprising (i) adding titanium oxide, oxides, aluminum dioxide, graphene, heating at 1500-1800 degrees C and stirring to obtain mixture A, and (ii) adding 4-6 pts. wt. cobalt powder, 3-7 pts. wt. iron powder, 2-6 pts. wt. extruded silicon, 1-2 pts. wt. graphite, 1-3 pts. wt. nickel arsenide powder into mixture A, heating at 2100-2400 degrees C, mixing to obtain mixture B and then cooling to obtain final product.
