▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional complex nano-carbon material comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, (2) dispersing graphene oxide in water uniformly with ultrasonic waves, adding sodium hydroxide, and chloroacetic acid, ultrasonically dispersing for 3 hours, and drying to obtain preliminary modified graphene oxide, (3) dispersing the preliminarily modified graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding triethyltoluenediamine, adding absolute ethanol, allowing to stand, collecting precipitate, and washing with deionized water to obtain the final modified graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, and (4) adding carbon nanotubes into the aqueous dispersion of modified graphene oxide, dispersing uniformly by ultrasonic waves, and freeze-drying to obtain solid i.e. three-dimensional complex nanocarbon material. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional complex nano-carbon material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) highly fold-tolerant environmentally friendly polyurethane synthetic leather preparation comprising three-dimensional complex nano-carbon material, the polyurethane synthetic leather stock solution comprises components A and components B, where component A comprises 80-95 pts. wt. polyether polyol with molecular weight of 3000-8000, 5-15 pts. wt. diols of small molecules, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. three-dimensional complex nano-carbon material, 0.5-1 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0-0.1 pts. wt. catalyst and 0-0.4 pts. wt. water, and component B includes 60-80 wt.% bifunctional isocyanate, and 20-40 wt.% polyether diol; (2) preparing highly durable and durable environmentally friendly polyurethane synthetic leather stock solution comprising (a) dispersing three-dimensional complex nano-carbon material uniformly in polyether polyol to prepare slurry, placing other raw materials into the reactor, reacting at constant temperature of 35 degrees C for 1-2 hours to complete the reaction, which is polyol component A, and (b) dehydrating polyether diol at 120 degrees C under vacuum, adding two functional isocyanates, and reacting at 80 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain isocyanate-terminated prepolymer B component; and (3) preparing a highly durable and durable environmentally friendly polyurethane synthetic leather comprising (i) mixing components A and B in the mass ratio of 1:0.6-0.8, evenly coating synthetic leather surface layer resin with thickness of 0.1-0.25 mm, placing in a blast drying oven at 70-80 degrees C and drying for 20-40 seconds to obtain semi-dried resin with brushed adhesive layer, and (ii) bonding adhesive layer resin and the surface layer resin, compacting, drying in an oven at 70-110 degrees C for 1-2 minutes, and peeling off release paper to obtain synthetic leather.
