NOVELTY - Sealing agent comprises 2-10 g/l nickel salt, 0.5-10 g/l fluoride, 0.1-0.5 g/l complexing agent, 0.1-0.5 g/l ash inhibitor, 0.001-0.1 g/l pH adjuster, 0.01-0.1 g/l graphene oxide, 0.05-2 g/l surfactant and pure water as solvent. USE - The sealing agent is useful for pre-sealing anodized film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The sealing agent has corrosion resistance and alkali resistance, continuous acid and alkali resistance, and car wash alkali resistance, high temperature heat crack resistance and strong anti-fouling ability and is stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for pre-sealing anodized film using the sealing agent, comprising (i) degreasing the aluminum alloy work piece, washing with water, performing electrolytic polishing, neutralizing, and washing with water and 20% sulfuric acid solution in oxidation bath temperature at 20 degrees C, performing anodizing treatment for 600-1440 seconds and washing again to obtain aluminum alloy work piece with 6-15 mu m anodized film; (ii) immersing the above aluminum alloy work piece with anodized film of 6-15 mu into the pre-sealed groove and taking out after 10-25 minutes; (iii) sending the aluminum alloy work piece into ventilation drying channel, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 100 degrees C and drying; and (iv) sending the dried aluminum alloy work piece into spraying channel and spraying, where the thickness of the finished product does not exceed 2 mu .
