NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene modified polypropylene wood-plastic plate comprises 100 pts. wt. wood powder, 60-90 pts. wt. polypropylene, 8-14 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 1-5 pts. wt. functionalized graphene and 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)). USE - Used as functionalized graphene modified polypropylene wood-plastic plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate has thermal insulation, oxygen barrier and smoke suppression effects. The method enhances flame retardant properties of polypropylene wood-plastic plate, improves compatibility of graphene oxide with polypropylene, solves problem of easy agglomeration of graphene in the polypropylene wood-plastic plate, and its higher specific surface area can slow down the escape of polypropylene thermal degradation products, and improves thermal stability of polypropylene materials.
