NOVELTY - A weather-resistant detection instrument comprises instrument component, bracket arranged at bottom end of instrument component and protective layer provided on surface of instrument component. The protective coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises resin, pigment and filler, leveling agent, defoamer, dispersant, plasticizer, water, curing agent, graphene/polypyrrole polymer, rare earth composite and silane coupling agent. The component (B) comprises heat-resistant aqueous resin, anti-rust pigment, water, pH adjuster, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, curing agent, thickener, silicon carbide powder and fluorinated graphite. The antirust pigment is aluminum tripolyphosphate antirust pigment. The thickener is polypropionamide. The pigments and fillers are mixture of composite iron titanium powder, potassium hexatitanate whiskers, sepiolite, expanded vermiculite and glass powder. The pH adjuster is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. USE - Weather-resistant detection instrument. ADVANTAGE - The detection instrument has simple structure, and excellent adaptability and weather resistance, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A weather-resistant detection instrument comprises instrument component, bracket arranged at bottom end of instrument component and protective layer provided on surface of instrument component. The bracket comprises mounting slot, bracket bottom plate and connecting arm and the two sides of bracket bottom plate are symmetrically provided with connecting arms and two connecting arms are arranged on both sides of the mounting groove. The instrument component is arranged in installation groove and one side of installation groove is provided with transparent observation window and the other side of installation groove has opening structure and fixing block is provided at the lower end of the opening structure of the installation groove. The protective layer is formed by coating protective coating on the surface of the instrument and drying. The protective coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 40-50 parts mass resin, 10-20 parts mass pigment and filler, 1-3 parts mass leveling agent, 1-2 parts mass defoamer, 2-4 parts mass dispersant, 0.5-1.5 parts mass plasticizer, 25-30 parts mass water, 5-10 parts mass curing agent, 5-10 parts mass graphene/polypyrrole polymer, 0.1-0.3 part mass rare earth composite and 2-5 parts mass silane coupling agent. The resin is mixture of aqueous epoxy resin and methyl phenyl silicone resin in mass ratio of 2:1. The pigments and fillers are mixture of composite iron titanium powder, potassium hexatitanate whiskers, sepiolite, expanded vermiculite with particle size of 200-220 mesh and glass powder in mass ratio of 3:2:1:1:1:1-4. The glass powder is one or more of lead glass powder, vanadium glass powder, boron glass powder and phosphoric acid glass powder. The rare earth composite comprises 10-13 wt.% yttrium, 5-7 wt.% scandium, 13-17 wt.% gadolinium, 11-15 wt.% samarium, 17-20 wt.% praseodymium and balance lanthanum. The component (B) comprises 35-50 parts mass heat-resistant aqueous resin, 1-6 parts mass anti-rust pigment, 15-25 parts mass water, 2-6 parts mass pH adjuster, 1-3 parts mass dispersant, 0.5-1 part mass defoamer, 1-1.2 part mass leveling agent, 3-5 parts mass curing agent, 2-4 parts mass thickener, 10-13 parts mass silicon carbide powder and 9-11 parts mass fluorinated graphite. The heat-resistant aqueous resin is phenolic resin and aqueous phenolic epoxy resin. The antirust pigment is aluminum tripolyphosphate antirust pigment. The pH adjuster is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The thickener is polypropionamide.
