NOVELTY - Preparation of stable suspension of graphene oxide nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes involves preparing graphene nanoparticles with a size of 70-150 nm, adding 0.7 g potassium dichromate in 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid, adding 1 g graphene nanoparticle and water for diluting to an acidity of 5.5 pH, dispersing the graphene oxide nanoparticle suspension in an ultrasonic disperser for 1 minute, adding 0.5 ml ethanol to the carbon nanotubes, adding the mixture to the suspension and dispersing for 5 minutes. The suspension comprises the graphene oxide nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes. USE - Preparation of stable suspension of graphene oxide nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes used for manufacturing composite material for shielding electromagnetic radiation, preventing radio interference, developing antistatic and anti-friction coating, manufacturing temperature, pressure and humidity sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method provides stable high-conductivity carbon nanotube suspension for a long time without adding surfactant. The suspension is stable for three days.
