▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A catalytic permeable membrane reactor consists of a support and a carbon material which is used to support a permeability selection component, catalytically active component, co-catalyst component, promoter, which is coated on the support to form a film. The support component comprises a composite ceramics made of ( gamma )-alumina, high-temperature resistant stainless steel, sintered alloy, metal palladium, alumina-zirconia-titania component. The catalytically active component comprises transition metal, rare-earth metal, and/or corresponding metal oxide. The carbon material comprises carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, activated carbon, carbon molecular sieves, and graphene. USE - Catalytic permeable membrane reactor used for metal-organic chemical vapor deposition for producing hydrogen (claimed) for filling LED blanks. ADVANTAGE - The reactor produces the hydrogen-rich gas is further purified by deamination by adsorption, pressure swing adsorption purification and metal getter purification to obtain hydrogen products having purity of more than 6-7 N, which is returned to the metal-organic chemical vapor deposition process for recycling and filling the green and circular-LED blanks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of catalytic permeable membrane reactor; and (2) application of reactor.
