▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing titanium product with titanium carbide reinforced titanium-based composite material hardening layer, comprises pressing blank, selecting titanium raw material and using near-end forming technology to obtain powder compact, performing carburizing treatment, soaking powder pressed blank in dispersion liquid containing carbonaceous powder for a certain time, taking out and allowing to stand, or coating dispersion liquid containing carbonaceous powder on surface of powder compact, statically placing, and sintering powder pressed blank at high temperature to obtain titanium product. The fine carbonaceous powder includes carbon black powder, graphite powder, graphene and carbon nanotubes. The liquid medium of the dispersion is an organic solvent, preferably water, alcohol and/or acetone. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium product with titanium carbide reinforced titanium-based composite material hardened layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: breaks through the problem that the thickness of the hard coating of the traditional titanium surface hardening technique is thin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for titanium product with titanium carbide reinforced titanium-based composite material hardening layer prepared by the above-mentioned method.
